There’s only one thing scarier than ghouls, vampires and all things ghostly and that, my friends, is the frightening and utterly terrifying chance of making an entirely wrong decision of where to get weird for Halloween 2015 and ending up at a party more dead than Casper the ghost.

But have no fear, On The List is here and we’ve got three killer party picks.

By far the Halloween party to be on most people’s radar this year is the very first Day Of The Dead Warehouse Party. It’s in a secretly located warehouse and went off with last weekend in Sydney. The night is inspired by events like Burning Man and Sleep No More. The place will be totally decked out in the theme and filled with the coolest people, costumes and tunes. It’s the ultimate place to get your boo-gie on this weekend!

Another way to get your healthy dose of Halloween thrill is at the Spooktober Asylum which is going to be insane, literally. For the fist time since 1985, you will be given the chance to walk through one of Australia’s oldest insane Asylums, just watch out that it doesn’t spook you out enough that you become a patient yourself! But its not all about the scare factor, you’ll be treated to our favourite kind of goodies… booze and good food at The Village bar! We suggest to head to the bar before you go in to calm your nerves – it sounds pretty spooky to us.

We are frighteningly excited to tell you also that Lume Croissanterie is re-opening on the other side of the river on Saturday. This incredibly delicious and famous treat kept those in Elwood queuing for hours every weekend until it shut it doors only to finally re-open in Fitzro

And for those looking to continue the fun on Sunday, head to Melbourne’s Mexican Day Of The Dead Workshop. This one is super cool way to wrap up your Halloween weekend with some awesome Mexican food, cooking demo’s and recipes to take home! Tequilla Tequilla!

Special mention to Zoofari HalloweenFright Night and Luna Dark. Cool events!

We have even more to share with you for Halloween here, but whatever you may choose, we hope you have a frighteningly good time, we know we will!
