Best of the Beast: Offal vs. Primal
Wednesday, April 5
We know offal dishes can be intimidating, but on occasion (and this is one of them) it’s worth moving out of your comfort zone and really trying something different. It also helps that Northern Git’s Head Chef, Michael Slade is a nose-to-tail culinary genius. He’ll be serving up ten courses in five rounds that’ll have you salivating over the best cuts of meat and drooling over surprisingly delicious offal dishes paired with matching wines. You’ll get to play judge and determine which cut of meat wins. Be courageous and give it a go!

The Melbourne Burger Invitational 2.0
Thursday, April 6
Welcome to Thornbury is hosting some of Melbourne’s biggest and juiciest burger joints. 1090 Burgers, Beatbox Kitchen, Mr. Burger, YOMG! and Royal Stacks will be setting up shop and competing for the title of Melbourne’s Best Burger. Interstate burger haunt, BL Burgers will also be there repping Sydney. Plus, you can enjoy your burger (or if we’re being honest, burgers) with free flowing beer, wine or cider. But get in quick, last year’s event was completely sold out!
