European Night Market
Be amazed as Madame Brussels Lane is transformed into a wintry European Night Market. Take in the various aromas of mulled wine, German sausages and freshly baked pretzels as you spy flames coming from the flaming crème brulee cart. Adventurous eaters can sample Polish dumplings from Eastern Bloc or Flammkuchen from Frieda’s Flammkuchen.

Truffle Toastie Competition
Madame Truffle is back again! Chefs from some of Melbourne’s most-loved cafes go head to head to create the ultimate truffle toastie. There’s Kettle Black, St. Ali, Auction Rooms, Stagger Lee’s, Chez Dre and The Premises. How do we even decide who to cheer for? I guess we’ll just have to taste test them all!

Truffle Masterclass
This is for the die-hard truffle lovers! It’s a whole day of tasting, discovering and working with these gorgeous and exotic mushrooms. You’ll learn how to make some delish truffle cheese and salami as well as indulge in a scrumptious truffle lunch crafted by the team at Craft & Co. Think pine mushroom and truffle croquettes and chestnut and ricotta fritters with truffle honey. Omg. Get in my belly!

Secret Foodies Christmas in July
It’s the jolliest time of the year! So pull out your most Christmas-y sweater and prepare to indulge in a mouthwatering 3-course meal at one of Australia’s top 100 restaurants. I bet you’re dying to find out where, but here’s a hint: CBD fringe. Don’t forget to bring your Kris Kringle prezzie!

Bastille Day
If it’s one thing the French do well, it’s gourmet food. Think the finest pastries and fromage. Snack on delicate macaroons, the most buttery croissants and divine pain au chocolats. Be sure to check out their masterclass too! We can’t wait for their French cheese and French pastries masterclasses! Francophiles can also watch French movies and practice their French. Parlez vous francais anyone?

Flavours of Greece
Moving onto the Mediterranean, it’s the Flavours of Greece festival! The Elyros team is hosting an intimate dinner showcasing Cretan cuisine with a little twist. Burgeoning chefs can also try their hand at filo pastry making and pickling and preserving. If you’re looking for a side of good laughs with your meal, check out Greek Gastronomy Trivia Night hosted by comedic tuck-shop rivals.

Healthy Foodie Afternoon
Channel your inner Instagram health babe and bro in this healthy foodie afternoon. You’ll learn how to make a salad-in-a-jar (perfect for work!) and protein and detox smoothies. You’ll also get to taste-test some delish raw treats. Who says food can’t be healthy and yummy? Don’t forget to grab your goodie bag filled with #selfies, recipes, treats, and more on your way out!
