The boots are being laced, the pies are being cooked, and the beers are getting chilled. It’s AFL Grand Final time baby!

This Saturday the MCG will be roaring with the masses rushing in from near and far to see who takes home the 2015 premiership title, but if you missed out on tickets, do not panic! With Melbourne being the hub of footy there is plenty of options going around for you to whet your whistle and show off your team colours, and we’ve narrowed it down to just three cracker venues for you to get your game face on!

The first contender is The Provincial Hotel, and if you’re a big fan of $14 parmi’s and drink specials, than this one is your winner winner chicken dinner. With live music from 6pm till late, you can bet you’ll be celebrating your win (or commiserating your losses) well into the night like the party animal you are!

Next up on the leader board is The Wharf Hotel, who are going all out with 12 Plasma screens spread about their venue, so no matter what you’re doing, you won’t miss a thing! And in this case the early bird certainly does catch the worm, if you get in quick and RSVP on their website, you can reserve yourself a spot right in front of their main screen, you ripper! Also they’ll be holding a half time handball competition so you can show your mates the best moves you’ve learnt this season.

And last but definitely not least, is an all time favourite, The Richmond Club Hotel, and odds are you’re in for a good night. Expect to enjoy all the action on multiple big screens in a super electric atmosphere and soak up some gorgeous views on the roof top terrace.

So whether you’re an avid supporter of the Hawks or the Eagles, or you’re just looking for a good time with some mates, these venues are sure to help you send the season off with a bang!

We’ve got your weekend covered even if you’re not a big AFL fan (we’re not judging you, we promise), check out what else is happening this Saturday.
