Truffle Sunday Lunch

Escape the cold and enjoy a lunch of truffle inspired sharing dishes with family and friends and experience the pop-up truffle farm.

On Sunday 11th August, Mister Bianco will host a Truffle Sunday Lunch. The set sharing menu will include antipasti, truffle pasta and risotto, delicious Porchetta and cannoli to finish – accompanied by wine and coffee.

Joseph Vargetto has partnered with The Truffle Queen, Rachel Truscott, to bring the country to metro Melbourne and with it the very best truffles. The ‘Green House’ dining room will be transformed to a pop-up truffle farm with soil, trees and a truffle hunt.

Diners will be able to meet a truffle farmer and their dog to learn about the growing and hunting process before they watch the truffle dog find a truffle. All in the comfort of the restaurant.
