The best Paella chefs in the Pacific region will flock to the Queen Victoria Market to fight for the crown of ‘Premi a la Millor Paella’ (Best Paella Outside Spain). The chefs will have a one-hour time limit where they’ll run around Queen Victoria Market, looking for fresh ingredients. Come witness the action, or just eat other just as yummy Spanish food.
