Sea Life Nights: Halloween Edition

Ghouls will meet batfish, and monsters will howl at our moon sea jellies when Halloween takes over Sea Life Nights, an adults-only event at Sea Life Melbourne A-scare-ium.
From Jack the Flipper, to murderous mermaids, the costume ideas for this adult-only event will see the aquarium cement its position as Melbourne’s most unique Friday night themed event. A Sea Life Nights ticket includes unlimited access to one of Victoria’s leading attractions, with thousands of creatures to be marvelled at, from sawfish with chainsaw-like faces to the beautiful but deadly lion fish.

Live music, spooktacular roving performers, and zombie bar tenders at all our bars will help transform the aquarium for a Halloween party not to be missed. Engaging and a bit tongue in cheek, our creature talks in the 2.2 million litre Oceanarium will reveal the secrets behind the marvels of the deep, while a costume competition will prize the spookiest after-dark guests.

Sea Life Melbourne’s penguins will welcome guests, joining the theme in their usual suave ‘tuxedo’ attire. With a cocktail and canape upon arrival, the event starts at 6:00pm to ensure guests have time to make their way through the attraction before daylight dims in the Antarctic zone.

For after work celebrations with a ghoulish twist, a unique date night, or simply a chance to meet some of Melbourne’s most fascinating underwater residents, Sea Life Nights promises to be a night out of the ordinary.
Ticket includes entry to Sea Life Nights at Sea Life Melbourne, a cocktail and canape on arrival. Cash bars will be on site offering sparkling wine, red and white wine, beer, soft drink, juice & mineral water, delicious food will be available for purchase and include dishes such as loaded rustic wedges, miso eggplant spring rolls, buttermilk chicken fillet burger, tempura cauliflower taco, cronuts with cinnamon sugar and Toblerone cheesecake. Entertainment includes a live band.
