Mama’s Buoi is situated in one of Melbourne’s best little hidden laneways and this month they’ve created the first ever Pho Festival. It’s a celebration of the traditional vietnamese soup, pho, which is an amazing winter warmer! As part of the festival the venue has created a limited edition menu with four amazing pho creations, including a pho cocktail, pho rice paper rolls, the ultimate seafood pho, and even a pho ice cream.
