Fire, Food and Fresh-hopped Beer with Brick Lane and Shane Delia at Queen Victoria Market

Join Brick Lane at the iconic Queen Victoria Market for an evening of fire, food, friends and fresh hopped beer.

Hosting a feast for the senses, celebrate chef Shane Delia will be cooking up a fantastic array of fine produce on open fiery coals.

The event is a celebration of community and will feature a number of collaborations including Brick Lane’s limited edition fresh-hop beer brewed with Ellerslie Hops. Also featured will be delicious bread from Baker Bleu baked using the brewery’s wort, succulent beef from cattle fed with spent grain and hops from the beer makers, a unique gin cocktail from their friends at Little Lon, sorbet made from Brick Lane beer and more.

Join them at the long table dinner for a celebration of beer, produce and the Brick Lane community.
