A Cheesy Lunch with That’s Amore

Windsor’s modern Italian restaurant Tipico is teaming up with That’s Amore for a cheese-filled afternoon of making and eating formaggio, anticipated to exceed every cheese enthusiasts expectations.

Guests will see fresh mozzarella made right in front of their eyes before sitting down to a four-course lunch by Tipico Head Chef Daniele Columbo, all championing That’s Amore’s authentic, Italian cheese.

The menu will include formaggio-driven dishes such as four-cheese pizza, ricotta gnocchi, and burrata with potato cream and mussels before ending on a sweet note with ricotta cannoli and a cheeseboard.
