Celebrating all that is Sicilian food and wine, Tipico has teamed up with Poggio Anima wines to bring you Cena Siciliana. The evening will begin with assaggi and antipasti followed by four courses designed by head chef Daniele Colombo, inspired by Sicilian street food, fresh seafood and southern hospitality.
Guests can expect tagliata tonno, lightly seared yellowfin tuna fillet; garganelli alla norma, eggplant pasta with tomato sugo, salted ricotta, basil; pesce spada, crumbed swordfish fillet with caponata; and a dolci to finish.
Of course, no Sicilian feast would be complete without vino, with three Poggio Anima wines throughout the night matched perfectly to the mains.
