Best of the West: Sebastian x Copper Pot Collaboration

Leading chefs from Melbourne’s West, Leigh Robbins (Sebastian) and Ashley Davis (Copper Pot), will be teaming up for one night only to present a special dinner celebrating regional European cuisine.
Davis will join Robbins in the kitchen at Basque-inspired Williamstown venue Sebastian, serving a four-course dinner and each sharing the inspiration behind their dishes with guests.
