A head chef and a sales manager have abandoned their forts in order to pursue the noble cause of producing the best fried chicken that has ever been dunked – and, with a story like that, how could the result not be legendary? Whilst they set up shop, Union Electric has agreed to host their mouth-watering creation – generously serving it up this Sunday! And, of course, the venue comes with refreshment in the form of beer, wine and delicious cocktails.
