The Atlantic x Hotel Sorrento – Seafood ‘n’ Spritz Sunday Sesh


Nick Mahlook, Executive Chef of Melbourne’s premium seafood restaurant, The Atlantic, presents a Seafood ‘n’ Spritz Sunday Sesh at the iconic Hotel Sorrento.

Guests will enjoy exquisite waterfront views from Hotel Sorrento’s outdoor Salt Bar featuring interactive seafood stations and roving canapes.

On arrival, guests will be greeted with a St Germian Spritz, followed by wine pairings to perfectly complement the fresh flavors produced by Nick and the team at The Atlantic. Cocktails will also be available to quench your summer-time-thirst.
