Rio’s Carnival comes to St Kilda Beach to celebrate the return of long summer nights!
Atlas Dining Founder Charlie Carrington & Pontoon Head Chef Rhys Hunter will band together to bring a fiery Brazilian BBQ to St Kilda Beach.
Coinciding with Atlas Dining’s Brazilian iteration of their menu, a lineup which showcases a different nation every four months, this collaboration was borne of a passion for Brazilian food, as well as a little nostalgia. Not only have both chefs spent plenty time in Brazil, but Carrington began his journey as a young chef at Stokehouse Café on St Kilda Beach, and will be revisiting his old stomping ground for a final fiery service!
The fun kicks off at 4 pm this Sunday, October 7th, with live Brazilian music by Tide. $40 will get you a wealth of roaming food including snacks, larger plates and dessert. There will also be Brazilian drinks available at the bar all afternoon, alongside St Kilda’s signature sunset.
