Adelphi Four Pillars Fridays (18+ event)

Starting on 19 January, the Adelphi Rooftop will be serving a selection of Four Pillars cocktails from 5pm until 9pm every Friday night.

Imagine this: tunes, views and drinks while watching the sunset, poolside. It’s the only way to end the working week and shimmy into the weekend.

Four Pillars brand ambassador and talented bartender Samuel Ng will be using the range of Four Pillars Gin’s award-winning distillations to create a number of chilled cocktails to celebrate summer.

There will be a dedicated G&T menu with different hero garnishes, jugs of Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin & Bitter Lemon, and an Adelphi Gin Spritz – just to name a few!

To go with the list of summer-style tipples, the chefs at Om Nom Kitchen have come up with a selection of barbecue snacks to fuel revellers through the evening.

Each Friday night session runs for four hours, from 5pm to 9pm. Capacity is limited, so make sure you arrive early to get the best position by the pool.
