Hosted in the Palm Room, the venue’s stunning private dining space, enjoy a curated five-course seafood-focused menu, paired perfectly with a selection of premium single malt Talisker whisky and whisky-based cocktails, including:

-Baked oysters with smoked chicken fat, Jamon serrano paired with a Lemon Barley Highball
-Crayfish cannelloni with a carrot noisette sauce and wattleseed crumb paired with 10-year-old Talisker whisky
-Talisker and malt baba, poached pear and pear custard paired with Talisker maritime hot toddy
