If there’s one thing we do well in Melbourne, it’s music. In fact, while we are listing things we’re great at, might I also add festivals, brand spanking new ideas, food trucks (seriously, we are SO good at food trucks), beers, picnics and all around raving good times!
I guess that’s what the crew behind The Bureau kept in mind when designing the festival set to light up our very own Sidney Myer Music Bowl on December 11th for the first time EVER! Woo! It’s going to be the biggest end of year break-up party, taking place for one day only with a soulful mix of people and music.
So who can you expect to be listening to while you’re shaking what the good Lord gave you? Well you’ll be experiencing a pretty fabulous combination of both local and international acts, such as the likes of Andy Bull, Saskwatch, Charles Bradley, Asta, plus much more. The icing on top of the cake though is of course the chance to see The Temptations LIVE, with the only living member of the totally iconic 60’s band Otis Williams gracing our city, and is sure to be going just hard as you will be!
Now lets talk tickets friends, with four options available we’re here to help you choose exactly which one is right for you. If you plan on getting jiggy with just yourself or a couple of mates, then opt for general admin giving you access to three public bars and some of our fav food trucks.
If you’ve got a little more cash to splash, we think The Hill is the place for you, you’ll get a picnic rug, a hamper for two and five drink credits, cheers!
But there is also the option to upsize just that little bit more For The Lawn.Designed for groups of ten or more, you will find yourself kicking back right at the front of the main stage, with a drinks and hamper package also!
But the mother of all options is The Top End, for chiller crews of 20 to 80, and you’ll get your own private space with killer views of the main stage, plus a personally tailored all inclusive hospitality package! Do you even VIP?!
But whatever your choice may be, you’re 100% garunteed to be experiencing good tunes, good vibes and good times!
Let us leave you with a little bit of a hype vid to get you all kinds of keen for The Bureau shenanigans. Oh, Otis, if you’re still looking, I’ll be your girl.
It’s still a wee while off so to find out what you can boogie to this weekend head over here!
